Arrow, in simple terms:
A technology distributor and channel partner. In this role, the important relationship is Arrow + Citrix.
UHMC / HMC:
Universal Hybrid Multi-Cloud. The comprehensive, all-in-one Citrix license the team tries to sell most. It bundles a broad set of Citrix capabilities and includes unlimited NetScaler instances.
CPC:
Citrix Private Cloud. More basic—mainly Virtual Apps and Desktops functionality, without the broader feature bundle. NetScaler is separate.
What the rep actually does:
Understand the customer's business, identify the challenge and business impact, qualify the opportunity, then bring in a Sales Engineer when the discussion becomes technical.
